In Classic Surroundings
If you do not want a summer wedding the Victorian grandeur of Dromquinna Manor is an idyllic setting for a winter wedding on the shores of Kenmare Bay. Magical in every sense with open fires, the elegance of the Oak Room and the intimacy of the Drawing Rooms combine to create a party like no other. Even on the shortest day of the year, December 21st, the Solstice rays glimmer through the windows of Dromquinna Manor to light up the Drawing Rooms and Cocktail Lounge.
Arrive to the welcome of a harpist in the Porch where guests will mingle and enjoy hot toddies and conversation. A tinkling piano or perhaps a classical string quartet in the Drawing Room imbues the reception rooms with added elegance all before a meal of perfection in the Oak Room. Square tables for eight people were specially designed for Dromquinna Manor to ensure conversation and good times. This is just one of the many small things about Dromquinna Manor that makes it special. As daylight fades, the moon rises and the stars twinkle over Kenmare Bay while inside the glow of fires and sparkling Christmas Tree lights reflect the smiles and joyous celebrations of friends and family.
