Great day at Dunmore East Lifeboat yesterday launching their Open Water Swim on May 29th. Fantastic group of people doing wonderful work all on a voluntary basis. If you want to do a charity swim this year for a great cause.
PLEASE do this one. 500m, 750m or if you are up for it a 1500m course. The choice is yours and only costs €25.
