We have a Games Room with a Pool Table and Football Table in addition to other games. There is also a reading room with a selection of books and magazines for your enjoyment.
The tents do not have private toilets but a very nice night toilet is located beside the tents.
Toilets and washing facilities are located within a short distance of the camping area.
All linen is supplied and a Toiletries Hamper will be waiting for your arrival.
The coast of Kenmare Bay is rocky so natural sand beaches are in short supply. You can swim in the sea at Dromquinna but the closest beach is 45km away but worth a day trip in the summer.
Yes, and we would be delighted if you did. The Estate is directly on the water and has a boat slip, Fun Beach, pier, moorings and enjoys the calm waters of Kenmare Bay.
Yes, of course you can bring food. You can use the guests kitchen and dining facility or barbecue in the communal area. Due to the nature of the Estate campfires and barbecues are not permitted outside of these designated areas. The Shop also sells essentials so you are covered.
On The Estate we have our Boathouse Wine Bar & Bistro which serves delicious dishes overlooking the water. In addition we have a guest kitchen and covered barbecue area where you can create memorable meals. Kenmare is Ireland’s only town with more restaurants than bars, that is some statement. With over 40 places to dine you are spoilt for choice.
Not really. At Dromquinna Manor we are only 5km from Kenmare which has a good taxi service. Tours can be arranged for the famous Ring of Kerry and Ring of Beara coastal drives if you want to tour the area.
Dromquinna Manor is filled with things to do regardless of your age. Please visit our Amenities page for further details.
